Need some advice . I have limited time.

I checked my KYC form and realized something
I had remade my citizenship since my surname "Budhathoki" was written as "Budathoki" in the citizenship. But I had created this bank account with the "Budathoki" Surname So the Surname of my Bank account doesn't match the surname of my citizenship However the name is same. So to confirm whether this is the issue or not I called Naasa Securities 9 times but the call didn't connect it said something like"uplabdha huna sakena". And In the contact page I found their email So when I used that it creates an AI ticket(not sure) and makes me wait for 3 hours for the human to check and this is the response I get multiple times.
As you can see they tell me to add new account . I only have one account . Which account am I supposed to add? I questioned this to them and again they sent the same thing.
Now I am stuck on what to do. Since the AI response they send me does no helpShould I visit the bank and tell them to change my surname or is the surname thing is not the problem?? I have 5 days before I go to KTM for entrance preparation so I am in kind of hurry.I need advise.
