What should I do? 3 weeks since My job interview with no response
Hey guys! Needing some advice, as a new grad it’s been difficult to hear back from many jobs ( i know this is common), but i heard back from one, passed a screening call, and got invited for an in person interview and shadow day. It all went well (in my opinion of course) and the next day i got to be on a zoom call with the rest of the team where they asked me questions and i got to ask them questions. I am now at the beginning of week 3 and have not heard back yet. I know they are interviewing other candidates but for this specific position they had 4-5 openings. In addition, I was told an estimated start date and was told they give me 90 days to get all the paper work done before my first day, the 90 days would start on June 1st, does this mean i should still have my hopes high that they are just slower? They just opened two new job listings within the same hospital in a very similar specialty and was wondering if i should just apply to those or does that look bad? Of course they use the same recruiter which is the problem. I know big hospitals are usually slow to get back to you and i’m sure they are waiting to interview everyone and pick candidates when that’s all said and done but need some advice. Should i apply to those internal jobs? Not hearing back at week 3, is that a bad sign?🫣
