So, I upgraded my CPU and GPU last year to a Ryzen 7 5700x3d and a RTX 4070. Game was running smooth, occasionally dips about 120 frames. Now it's worse than has ever been. Frame rate is not stable at all. I've tried DDU, tweaking settings in the control panel. Nothing seems to work. My last resort is to do a clean install of Windows. And if that doesn't work then I'll be officially done. It's ridiculous, that a almost 10 year old game cannot run on decent hardware. Any other suggestions will be appreciated.
