Has anyone here upgraded their Mazda CX-5 side mirrors from non-heated to heated mirrors?

I’m curious if it was DIY-friendly and whether the wiring harness was already there from the factory, making it mostly plug-and-play after swapping the mirror glass/assembly.

If you’ve done it:

What model year/trim?

Did you need extra wiring or coding?

Did the heated mirrors work off the rear defroster button automatically?
