Ich habe die Aktie vor einiger Zeit entdeckt, da ich in meinem Beruf viel mit Siemens zu tun habe und sie auch an dem Projekt arbeiten.
Das Projekt gefällt mir und ich hab mein Spielgeld in dieser Aktie.
Was haltet ihr davon und seid ihr auch investiert?
After years of baking with yeast i had to try sourdough recipes!
I put the dough in the fridge for about 24 hours before baking because an emergcy came up so i had no time to bake it...
It's slightly sticky and it didnt tear up nicely but i'm still pretty happy with the result :)
Maybe some infos for the roast/critic:
Pre-dough (feeding starter) was made like 12 hours before the main dough
Kneaded for 10 minutes
Chilled for 2 hours
Stretch and folded once
Chilled for 24 hours in the fridge
Baked for about 40 minutes 230°C in dutch oven
The recipe was a little freestyle 👀 i used white flour and "ruchmehl" and my starter is about 2 weeks old
