Hello,

I will be traveling to China starting next Tuesday, and during this trip, I am going to Zhangjiajie National Park. My hotel is located inside the park at the west gate.

The information I found indicates that the park closes at 5:00 PM, but my train arrives at the station at 6:20 PM. I tried to contact the hotel to arrange my arrival via Trip, but I haven’t received a response.

I have a WeChat account, and I can find the hotel when I try to add it to my contacts, but I cannot confirm the request because my account needs to be verified by someone else by scanning my QR code. I have also sent my QR code via Trip’s messaging system. The hotel also offers a transfer service.

Would I be able to enter through the west gate when I arrive?
