So I'm replacing my thermostat housing on my 2010 4.0 2wd to an aluminum one, currently have the single sensor housing. My question is do have to get the single port housing or can I get away with getting one with no sensors and capping off the same port on the aluminum housing and popping the sensor in? Just got her a few months ago and have been told by others that swapping it was smart to do. Thank you just trying to save a buck if I can ya know.
