I have stage 4 cancer. This could be my last birthday. My dad is the only one who gave me a gift. Nothing from my sister. Nothing from my husband or kids. Nothing from other family. I didn't even get the traditional with dinner at a restaurant of my choice.

I don't know whether to scream or cry.
