Hey so my brother has his e scooter, to be honest I don't know much about scooters so I thought this might be a good place to ask questions. It has broken down a while back, and I wanted to see if I can fix it for him before weather gets warm so he has a way to get to and from work. From what he has told me, the scooter is able to turn on, but the issue is that it won't go forward. Is there any way of fixing it? Any suggestions will help. I know that it's a Segway ninebot from the text on the scooter.
