With soon potential Brightline bankruptcy, what was their biggest mistake?

Brightline could've become the best mode of transportation in Miami. Instead they are filing for bankruptcy in about a month.

What was the biggest mistake they made in your opinion?

I remember when they just opened Miami to Palm Beach part, for almost a year their marketing consisted of having $9 tickets between two cities with champagne on board and free Tesla taxis to Palm Beach hotels. Such a waste of money they desperately need right now

Watching many youtubers you can see that a lot of small skips where all speech imperfections were. Removed all filler words, breaths, "errrr"-s, "hmmm"-s etc

Obviously it adds alot of dynamic to the video too

Is there an app that does that?
