So I had a file issue on my phone that causes me to have a bootloop and the only way to get rid of it was to factory reset my phone, so I did, and I went ahead to whatsapp to re-enter my old account, and yeah I just logged in and yk clicked the restore button this and that, but the thing is my back up did not got restored like the chat is all just a new chat n stuff, at first I thought, "Oh well, maybe they just need time", so I wait, and eventually that back up did not get restored and was overwritten, so whatsapp here made me lose my old back-up and did not restore it, is there a way to get it back? Like with money or something? Because I bet you not, I got tons of important files in there, and I do not just want to lose them.
