Currently working as inside sales role, but got a call from my VP asking me if I want to move up to more of an outside, TM role, work in bank partners, bigger accounts, commercial.

Anyone here had the same transition? Thoughts?

He thinks I’ll be perfect for the role, and the ability to get better, and advance career.

Kinda nervous, but have till Tuesday to make a decision.
