I've had this for almost 2 years now.
It's flared on and off, I now have 2 compression sites(classic cubital + arcade of Struthers).
I don't have numbness, just when it flares up, I get elbow/forearm pain with some pinky pain every now and then. EMG has confirmed the issue.
The problem is that it limits my life:
I have to avoid putting my arm/elbow/hand in certain positions to avoid it flaring up when sitting/standing/sleeping.
I can't overuse my mouse or even use a controller at all (no gaming).
I can't lift heavy objects (day to day life).
Cons of surgery (much earlier than expected):
It can introduce other moderate/severe symptoms where there wasn't any before via eg scar tissue, numbness or other areas of pain.
It can take a long time to heal.
I'm honestly against it just because I don't want it to get worse.
