After coming this far (2 months) they sent me an email that a refund has been issued for my order and that my order is closed??? I never asked for a refund or anything It had some progress lately too so I was willing to wait more I’m confused as hell
So I've already bought a keyboard from Aliexpress which came in exactly 2 weeks no problem there this is the second time that I've bought from Aliexpress (bought a headset march 11th) and it STILL hasn't arrived yet and I can't apply for a refund yet "Refund can't be processed right now. Order in transit. If the tracking doesn't update, you can apply for a refund" and in Aliexpress itself It's just "Awaiting Flight" since 17 april. All of this seems very weird to me and I'd really appreciate it If someone can tell me why this is happening.
