It's been harder
One day I gently scratched my left ear with my finger to get the wax from my ear and now it's been 3 months of hell, it's really loud, now I hear it in my right ear as well, I've been trying to calm myself but the fact that my ex and I decided to part ways after been 11 years together hasn't helped me at all, at least I found purpose in my relationship now it's hard to find meaning to even continue at all when I have to deal with this hell all day, I spent almost everyday inside my mom's house just finding ways to try and get my mind off this, my neck hurts the back of my ears feels stuck and I just wonder how someone with something so severe deals with this
