- Leaving their skates on zone defense
- poor clears (casually along the boards, or frantically to center)
- no stick lifts
- poor positioning (getting caught puck watching, relying too much on their sticks and not enough with their skates, getting burned either way)

..All the sudden I’m not so concerned with facing these guys if we make it to The Finals as I may have been before a week ago…

Their offenses looks sharp, but I wonder how much of that is being exaggerated by the lack of defense.
