I started tirz 6 weeks ago SW180 GW 145-150, I’m down 16 pounds and feel good. I’m split dosing doing 1.25 twice a week because 2.5 at once was making me feel like I was dying. I started doing upper body workout to build muscle and trying not to loose too much of it. I have read that Reta is better at conserving muscle and also burns more fat. I’m considering switching but I’m worried about side effect, specially since I suffer from anxiety and I read that Reta raises heart beat. What would yall recommend? Sticking with tirz and hope I don’t loose my muscle or switching over to Reta?
