Need help identifying this pc and need tips.
Ive had it for around 3 years but it constantly faults and crashes whenever i try to play as simple as games as Rocket League and Fortnite, just need to know if there is any major flaws with it, i have plenty of storage on the pc so im not sure what the problem is, if anybody has tips or etc please leave a comment.
