A tale of two cities

I got my confirmation of admission April 30th, and reached out and sent my transcript again Monday for a reassessment because a course was missing which would’ve made me tier 2 instead of tier 3. Does anyone know long it takes? I don’t want to send another email because I know they can be pretty busy.
