So basically, for context, when I started playing BS, the account was under my dad's email, but now I need to change it to mine so that it's easier for me to handle. But, for some reason, they don't let me change it due to some 'suspicious activity' being present despite the only thing changed being me switching to my new iPad. I contacted 'Help and Support' THREE times in hopes of getting some real help, but literally every single time, I got the same bot message under different names to make it seem real. Does anyone have any idea on how to contact an ACTUAL human to help me with this issue??
