How to avoid scammers in looking for Condo for rent
Hi, all! I am currently looking for a condo for rent (long term) near UST Manila. My concern is since this is my first time, how can I know that the one I am dealing with is not a scammer and the unit that he/she shows me is the real unit for rent. Like, how to know you are paying the real reservation fee or dealing with the admin. Of course I know that I need to see first the unit before I decide to reserve it, because asking for a reservation fee first without seeing the unit is a red flag. What are other things that I need to consider? The unit is for a freshman student and his parents to stay during the weekends. Thanks much!
