Junior advisor role- where to start ?

Where’s the best place to look for a junior advisor or associate advisor role like this?
I currently hold my insurance license and have spent about 10 years specializing in federal employee benefits — primarily FERS pensions, TSP, FEGLI, retirement planning, and helping federal employees understand their options. I’m independent right now, but I’d really love to find an advisor or firm where there’s a mutually beneficial fit.
I enjoy case design, retirement analysis, client education, and all the behind-the-scenes strategy work, and I’d also love the opportunity to continue learning and growing on the advisory/investment side. I narrowly missed passing the Series 65 by one point last month and plan to retake it very soon.
Ideally, I’d love to find a place I can eventually call “home” — somewhere that sees potential in me, offers mentorship and growth, and where I can truly bring value to the team. I’m open to a base salary plus earning potential if I’m contributing meaningfully.
What’s the best way to find opportunities like this nowadays?
Recruiters?
LinkedIn?
Networking?
RIAs?
Insurance/wealth management firms?
Industry events? Where do you find these?
Would love any advice from people who’ve taken a similar path.
