I am married to a U.S. citizen. My I-130 petition was approved on April 11, 2025. I am waiting for the letter from the National Visa Center (NVC) to arrive with the case number so I can file my I-601A petition for waiver, since I entered the U.S. unlawfully. My question is: how long does it typically take for this letter to arrive? Will it arrive by email, at my home, or will any information appear in my USCIS account?
