I did my first round about 4 years ago. I was on 60mg, and the purging period was brutal. I was on the meds for 10 months, and 9/10 of those months my face looked like a pepperoni pizza. I have a little bit of acne now, nothing crazy, but my dermatologist thinks I should do a 2nd round on a low dose (5-10mg). To be completely honest, I’m terrified to try it again bc of how badly it made my face purge during the first round. Will the purging be as bad the 2nd time as the first round if I’m on a lower dose?
