So I'm trying to understand why this vacuum price was rejected. The item in the store was already on sale I believe for $50ish. I scanned it in the app and was shown a price of $34.50. When I showed it to the associate he said that it wasn't eligible because the numbers were green and needed to be black or grey to accept the price. I said I've never heard that rule before and isn't greyed out numbers when an item it out of stock. He asked if I wanted the manager and I said yes please. A customer service manager (CMS) came and looked at it and said the same exact thing. I didn't buy it because I feel something is wrong with this picture. So my question is the numbers what to they mean?
