Hi everyone

For a while now my subzero fridge (611) has had the ice in the ice tray eventually become one solid block of ice and a clump of ice forms o=just outside the ice tray on its edge. Freezer temp is set correctly and nowhere else in the freezer unit do I have any ice forming etc, i.e., the freezer overall works well.

My search seems t indicate a faluty water valve? Thought I'd ask here also...
