Hello all. I’m a a veteran weight lifter who only used pull ups, dips and push ups as warm ups, but recently switched to being a full-on practitioner of calisthenics. The power, body awareness, progress curve…. I feel alive again when I work out and love how I look and feel.
Introductions out of the way, I’m tired of needing to find a park or go to the gym for certain workouts. Has anybody bought and had a good experience with affordable equipment like parallel bars, pull up rack, dip bars, etc.
I should add that I live in a small apartment so foldable equipment that’s realiable is a plus.
