I’ve tried 99% Isopropanol. I’ve tried rubbing in a circular motion it doesn’t want to budge

I´ve tried replacing a battery from an Iphone 12 and while I was trying to lift up the Screen with a Clampy I somehow lifted the OLED Panel insted of the Screen. I am still a bit sad about it because it wasnt my Phone I´ve just destroyed 😢. I heated the Phone with about 60C for 3minutes. I really just want to know what went wrong I am still a bit new to this.
