Dear crazy blue belts, lazy purple belts and grappling fanatics all over the world!
Time to dive into one of my favorite guards today with the WILLIAMS GUARD! We already have an older video with some different techniques on the channel but I decided it was time to polish it up and show you some details I kept hidden on our Active Guard instructional at BJJ Fanatics.

Hey Reddit!
Welcome to the KEYMASTER SYSTEM for nogi! A great mix between guard retention, a guard and leglock entries. In another video or seminar video I'll cover more sweeps and back takes etc in the gi.
