Hi! I scraped a mirror today and was lucky in that the owner didn’t mind too much and didn’t want any insurance involved - and the damage to my bus was even more minor, but I still confessed at work of course and even though they were pretty good about it I feel so bad and can’t easily shake it.
It’s my second accident in only 4 months (the first one was only after one week of total driving ever).
How do I get over the guilt and shame?
Pls share your own stories since misery loves company right?

At my last appointment I mentioned frequent peeing and harder time holding pee sometimes but my gyn didn’t recommend vaginal estrogen cream - instead said the incontinence meds and such are not what I want (too many side effects etc). I didn’t bring up vaginal estrogen because I have a blood clotting disorder and am so grateful she has (first reluctantly) give me patches. So I’m trying not to be too pushy. But i would like to try vaginal estrogen to see to see if it helps.
Anyone able to recommend a certain brand? There’s a bunch on Amazon, of course, but a personal success would be great to hear. Thank you!
