The Divinity of Christ (Muslim enquirer)
Hi everyone,
I've been interested in Orthodox Christianity (leaning towards Oriental) for a while (years) but I don't fully comprehend the nature of Jesus Christ.
I have a hard time blindly accepting his Divinity and spent many years prior to learning about Orthodoxy, finding dead ends and a sense of hollowness in Protestant monologue when it comes to a Muslim accepting Christ. I do believe the Orthodox Churche(s) have the key I've been looking for and a more looking for guidance on understanding why Jesus Christ is God from the Orthodox perspective. I'm asking for evidence from various sources, Orthodox or otherwise. Being Muslim it is hard to just accept such a thing but the pull has been there for years. A heart yearning.
I have read the bible but the Bible alone doesn't satisfy my heart enough into just accepting this belief. (I know, ironic coming from a Muslim) please guide me
