Hey, I just wanted to ask if anyone here has been on 40 mg of Lexapro.

I’ve been on it for almost 3 months. At first it was actually really good, I felt calmer and more stable. But recently I started feeling really off.

I feel super low energy, my eyes feel heavy, and I kind of feel “drugged” or out of it. I’ve also been feeling more sad lately.

It’s confusing because it was helping at first, and now it just feels like too much.

Has anyone else experienced this? And did lowering your dose help?
