Attempted to do my first workout at 7 weeks postpartum and I was extremely humbled by how weak my core is! Which programs do you all recommend to restore the core and get back into pilates/pilates adjacent workouts?

I did B the Method and The Pilates Class all the way until 39 weeks (gave birth at 41 weeks) so I feel that I am still in decent shape & don't have ab separation just have to restore my core strength and get back into working out (mostly for my sanity lol).
