I used the “Commentary Feedback” form on the site and sent multiple good, relevant comments throughout matches, yet none of them were featured. At the same time, I can clearly see other users’ comments being displayed in the live commentary feed, even when there is no visible “Have your say” input box or any UI element allowing submissions.

This creates confusion because:

• There is no consistent or visible way to submit comments directly into the live feed
• The “Have your say” feature appears to be missing or disabled most of the time
• Despite that, new user comments continue to appear in the commentary

I want to understand:

1. Where exactly these featured comments are coming from
2. Whether there is a hidden or limited-access submission method
3. If the “Commentary Feedback” form is actually used for live commentary selection or not
4. What the correct way is for a regular user to get their comment featured

From my experience, the system feels inconsistent and unclear, and I’m trying to figure out the real mechanism behind how fan comments are selected and displayed during live matches. And I want to get my thoughts published on to the platform. It makes me feel good 😄.
