I (F30) got diagnosed with CKD about two years ago, I pretty much Speedrun from 60 GFR back then to 8 now sooo dialysis is coming into play now

I'm two days after the surgery to get the catheter in place and... Please tell me it gets better ? The abdominal soreness is something but it's manageable, however the feeling of being stabbed inside if I'm sitting or lying the wrong way (I haven't even established what is wrong yet..) is already driving me crazy
