This is the first page of my second draft of my murder mystery/sci Fi/ realistic fantasy/post-post-apocalypse book
What do you think of it as a hook?
Did you get hooked?

Most subs don't even allow the mere mention of the word "AI"
So, I have been using AI recently to see if my scenarios are realistic or not, as iam trying to make my world as realistic as possible
And if the ai doesn't consider it realistif or a scenario survivable, I either alter them Abit or change them entirely
And here are some examples of what happened
In my original idea a character was trapped in a hospital and a girl had to kidnap a nurse and kill her in a bathroom then steal her cloth and get the bomb she got prepared days ago under the floor
Then go to the oxygen cylinders room and get the guard to "check on the body" in the bathroom and then she killed him in the bathroom and stole his identity so she can get into the room and planted the explosives there then ran away and let the hospital turn into a fire ball
After my discussion with ai
I didn't even tell it the plot, I just asked things like how explosive oxygen cylinders
I realized things like oxygen isn't really that explosive that she can make a clean escape with
Hydrogen is explosive enough, but it's usually stored outside hospitals which is a problem to how she would reach there
And also how she is killing probably while she is has a stab wound (that's why she is in the hospital in the first place)
Even before that idea I had an idea Oh I just remembered
Before this idea I had an idea of the character faking death by being injected by a substance that makes her appear dead until she reachs the morgue and someone who is teams with her injects her with a serum that reverse the effects
Kinda like the last scene in the final cool down movie
But genai told me there is no such a serum that exists that's why I abonded the idea
My goal is realism
So after all that I came up with another idea in which she waits for a power outage she planned for, then kills the nurse that delivers her dinner and change clothes with her and cover her body in blankets then makes a clean escape (I brainstormed this idea and ai didn't intervene in the creation of it)
Or go to the hydrogen room and cause an explosion too idk
There was another instant where my character has to jump from a high building on a moving truck that carried a substance that supposed would be water
After discussing thing with ai I realized trucks don't usually let thier container open up let there is no substance that a person can fall on from a 4+ building and stay alive
And the driver shouldn't hear or feel the impact
Not even hay or cotton or pillow or water or any substance i mentioned could logical fulfill the properties I needed according to si
So I had to create a fictional material, and I linked it to one of the main plot points of the story so it just doesn't get creates for the sake of this one scene.
Other thing is that there is a scene where there is an encounter with a police officer, so I brainstormed starting with running away but that didn't work because he could still see the plate and track the car, to stright up killing the cop.
So I discussed with ai things like how cops reaction speed, how cops are trained to react in these situations, if the cop shoot the character where is most likely to hit and many things
But the scenario itself was on me, I just kept altering it until I made the final version the ai told me "this can happen"
There was also a scene where a characters big plan was to launch the unlaunched nuclear weapons on humanity, problem is the ai told Mr nuclear weapons can still be usable after 1000 without maintenance, so I changed the idea to other thing that had similar scale of destruction just not nuclear weapons
And here is the jewel on the crown
My character has supposedly get a mind control ability and when I presented this idea on the ai it told me it was so OP and the readers might question "why can't they just spam" and "this character can only loses when the plot demands it"
So after literally week of think I came up with the idea of making this ability only works on corpses and in very specific conditions and high risk and take a lot of prep time to do
Other than these scenes I just used AI to literally present my plot and glaze me to feed my ego hehe
So, did I taint my work with ai?
