it shouldn't be slower than both diablo and allo, that makes no sense, make it slightly faster than both of them and then it's all good

I already have afflicted shell and claw which is what you need for those weapons, but still it doesnt appear as if I didnt discover the parts, my anomaly level is 87 and MR is 64, so yeah, what else do I need, just grind more anomaly level and MR?
