Hi, i'm a male of 23 years.

I couldn't catch anything in the eye, although I feel a huge discomfort, slightly painful, when looking down or right, the sensation is the same as when something gets stuck in your eye, but way more impeding/hindering since I can't just ignore it and need to close or rub my eye, which sometimes makes it lightly more painful.

It's not the first time this has happened, last time was 2 months ago, and like last time it persists for some hours, but I haven't been to any doctor since I thought it was only something in the eye that would go away on its own during the day.

Would should I do?
