The first pic is 1dpo and the second pic is today (2dpo allegedly). As you can see, my FSH spiked yesterday and is down today but still higher than before / during ovulation.

When I look at others’ charts on here, I don’t see any FSH rise 1dpo. If there’s any rise in the cycle, it’s much later on.

I have low amh for my age (1.4 last measured 1 year ago when I was 28, and 1.49 the year before that. The 1.49 reading was combined with an FSH of 9.6 and afc of 18, all on day 3). My afc was good and FSH not so high as to warrant any DOR diagnosis, but was just something to watch. I haven’t been back to re measure since I haven’t been TTC.

I have had to hold off on TTC until last cycle because of life reasons. But I’m starting to spiral about this FSH thing. I’m wondering if something is wrong where I’m recruiting more follicles right after ovulation, and maybe that’s why my amh is low for my age.

I’ve tried to google about this but can’t find anything definite - it just says that FSH is supposed to continue a downward trend after O, and a decrease in estrogen will raise FSH but an increase in progesterone should suppress the FSH. Do I just not have enough progesterone? Does anyone else have this?

Thanks in advance for any insight!

This is my second cycle TTC, 1st using inito. I’m 29F. My peak estrogen reading was 186 on day 11 (but it’s not showing that cause I took two tests on day 11). I started exploring this sub and see that most women have estrogen in the 300-500 range during ovulation, and I’m wondering if my estrogen reading is maybe showing an issue due to it being low. I drink a lot of water but it cant be that much to lower it to just under 2 when it seems like everyone else on here has such high estrogen! Could this be signaling something?
