When it comes to prep, what do you do to take notes? Start from scratch? Rewrite rules repeatedly? Rephrase in your own words? Handwrite? Add colorful banners?

I’m trying to get some ideas for note-taking because I find my notes to be a bit boring and it makes me feel dread at reviewing. My law school (years ago) did a great job of making sure we knew to read call of the question, answer choices, then the question, but nowhere did it touch on this. So I could google (and have) but I’ve seen a lot of AI-generated images or paywalls setup.

If you’d be willing to even explain your go-to method to give ideas I’d be truly appreciative!
