Just a venting post. Wanted to share my frustration because misery loves company. One of the darkest things about this illness is that it doesn’t go away, even for a bit. Even on good days, it can come back instantly, and even if it doesn’t, you still end up thinking, How long will this good window last?

For the past few days, I’ve been feeling crippling anxiety. I’m not sure where it came from. Just trying to lay low and hoping it passes soon. Take care and god bless.
