Bought these from Nordstrom but they have only offered a refund. Not a replacement. Visvim is high end Japanese brand. Shoe laces are perfect match for deerskin so all replacement laces have been off/not right.

Any idea on how to repair? I tried gear tape/silicone tape but nothing has worked well.

Doesn’t need to be a perfect fix. Just hyper functional and not a total eye sore.

These are my favorite shoes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
