The upcoming banner is for Seele Herrscher of Rebirth's Divine Key and Stigmata set. The banner will be available from 15th May until the 29th May.
For a very long time i've been using Thelema as my 2nd support (with Vita as an essential) because I thought the buffs she provided were unmatched, but now after looking closely, comparing Thelema and Rita, Rita does have an advantage over her. My problem with Stellar Surplus though is that if Rita is not the leader then its pretty slow to charge it all the way up to max. It also seems to be more useful to her (obviously) as it also kinda gives her a second Stellar Outburst window. The first being when the surplus has at least one bar.
One thing that always confused me is that if the bar is maxed out (as indicated in the screenshot), do the Stellar Surplus buff apply? The descriptions seem to be saying this. The issue with that if these buffs are active as they say, why waste those few seconds trying to charge it up to max when you can just activate Stellar Outburst. The reason why in this screenshot the bar is maxed out is because the enemies were already low and it would have been a waste if I used Stellar Outburst there.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I don't know. Someone educate me on this.
Also didn't realise the banner is 30 days long. If you've already been saving then chances of getting her are good.
This set activates the World Star Astral Ring for Silverwing.
Note: Ascension Supply is often meant for players who already have the character and want rank to rank up to SS. This banner does not carry over the pulls made on the current character to the next Ascension Supply character.
I genuinely can not hold the responsibility of safe guarding the ENTIRE team. that is too much for me. I'll stick to dps or support. How you guys do it is a mystery to me. You have my respect tank mains🫡
