Hey all,

I'm clearly not a purist with this question, but I definitely drink coffee for the caffeine with the side benefit of it tasting good.

I just got a hand grinder and am really enjoying an opportunity to develop my tasting skills and improve my cups.

I work a job where I can't make multiple cups a day, and end up making about 400ml which I drink over about 10 hours in a stainless steel travel mug.

Just wondering if there is any way I can prevent the development of the super acidic taste it takes on after a few hours!!
