God I bout nearly lost my mind. Simple order; pick up some Mozzarella sticks. I was doing earn by time so the fourth minutes of traffic to get to the other side of where I dash at wasn't the worst thing in the world.

The delivery was supposed to be a small business in a little lot with a bunch of them. I initially go to where the map says to, and there's a number mismatch. I tell the cust I'll go look around real quick.

I look around the whole lot and the next, and they're nowhere and the spot they gave me isnt there. It's already a couple minutes past drop off time and I was getting worried; I had a bogus contract violation last week due to a service outage keeping me from marking a delivery as complete, I didn't wanna be screwed by the customer.

After ignoring my call twice, they finally text back, and what do they say?

"Wrong address, take food to X", and it was 40 minutes in the OPPOSITE FUCKING DIRECTION.

This was the point where I damn near burst a blood vessel. I wound up calling support and spilling my gut about the situation, and for ONCE, these ass hats came through; order was cancelled and they comped me a surprising almost $20.

Do people do bullshit like this often? Or was I unlucky?
