[EU] LFP – New Project Looking for 4 Players (Serious Long-Term Commitment)

We are a good Rifle + Coach Duo who has been together for a long time, looking to build a serious team to play some CS again 😄

About us:

  • Hungry and experienced star rifler who will take intiative so 2nd call, 18 y.o Star Rifler (2600 Elo) (3 Years in Team CS)
  • Experienced Coach with former organisation experience.
  • Very high level of ambition – We want to practice often
  • Structured approach with stratbook, demo reviews, and individual development

Our goal:
We are building towards the next ESEA season (in ~2,5 months), aiming to be ready to compete at a high level. Until then, full focus is on practice, structure, and building a strong foundation as a team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has high motivation and wants to take CS seriously
  • Is available at least 3-4 days per week
  • Can take criticism and actively work on improving
  • Has good game understanding
  • Respects structure
  • Has a good personality – we are serious, but we also enjoy the process
  • An Awper WITH EXPERIENCE (if you want to awp, please dont let this be your first team)
  • An IGL Again with experience
  • And 2 Riflers

Requirements (or strong plus):

  • Around 2k+ FACEIT ELO
  • High availability – not because you have to, but because you want to. We want players who show up because they want to become the best, not because they feel obligated.

Important:
This is a long-term project for players who want to fully commit. We are not looking for someone who plays “when it’s convenient,” but someone willing to put in the time and effort required to reach a high level.
