I have the pro version of Davinci, and when recording an interview, the second camera track just stopped recording 3 minutes and 21 seconds into the conversation and I didn't notice til it was completed.
But here's the weird part.
After that track stopped, Riverside started *60* new tracks, all of them saying the same thing:
"Second Camera
(X) Track couldn't be processed. Contact support to fix"
And when I asked support, they ask if the track has recently been deleted. I tell them no. And they basically tell me I'm out of luck. But what caused the issue? How do I prevent this? My device was fine and fully charged, the other camera recorded the full interview, etc.
Has anyone encountered this? Or better yet, does anyone have a solution to make sure this doesn't happen again?
