About 15 days ago, I made an online purchase that was canceled due to a problem with my card. I placed the order again the same day with a different card, and everything went smoothly. However, I was charged for the first attempt, which amounted to over $150. I was told I would receive a refund within 9 business days, but it's been over 15 days, and I don't know what to do
