Lately when I've been trying to charge my bus card nobody seems to charge it anymore, All of the CUs and GC25s I've been to wasn't able to charge it. Is there any place I can charge it?

The budget is 200k and it's for a bday celebration. I'm looking for somewhere fun that isnt a bunch of the generic stuff. (no cafes, shangri-la, or soyoljy or park)
