Backstory: I (24 yo) lost 130lbs taking Zepbound. I’ve been on the medication since July of 2024 and reached my current weight of 120 pounds in the fall of 2025. So yes I essentially lost more weight than I currently weigh in the span of a year and a few months. I’ve been slowly titrating down on the meds for about 6 months now, my highest dose was 10mg, and I’m at the point where I now take 5mg once a month. I was fine at first, maintaining my weight loss and working out and eating relatively healthy (much different from my lifestyle before the meds) but now I’ve been experiencing severe stomach pain and digestion issues. Sometimes I can’t go and sometimes I can’t stop going. The stomach pain mostly in my upper belly, sometimes in just my right upper quadrant that radiates to my back when it’s really bad. It is so severe it is nearly unbearable to sit with. I’m confused because I’ve had no adverse side effects this entire time I’ve been on the meds and now coming off of it is when I’m having this issue. I’m not sure if it’s my gallbladder, pancreas, or just my body adjusting to upping my caloric intake a bit, but it’s really debilitating and I would love some advice if anyone has gone through anything similar. TIA!!!!!!

**would like to add that the only thing that helps these issues is when I take my shot once a month. U yearn to take it because it makes my body better again.
